My question involves real estate located in the State of: New Jersey
My home is in a residential Zone, my neighbor has applied to the zoning board for a use variance and 2 bulk variances to build a large Medical /retail/office building, if I want to sell my house do I have to inform any potential buyers of the situation?
If so does this not in effect put a moratorium on people selling their homes?
