My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Colorado
We want them to take the truck back. Yes it has 8,000 miles on it, but the value of the truck we are trying to now sell is thousands decreased with he missing factory hood. What do we do? Can we get them to take the truck back based on false pretenses? Or misrepresentation? We are so mad! Never thought to look at that on a new car, we bought a new car!?! Help
