My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Ohio
My car was totalled while parked on the road in front of my house. I was not in it. The officer said the driver does have insurance and the information would be in his report. This was almost a week ago and the report is still not finished. I was just wondering if this person does not have insurance and I don't have insured drivers on my policy, can I sue him? And if so, would it be worth it? I'm not interested in a big payday, I simply want a car.
