My husband is a green card holder (US permanent resident). Currently he has pending DUI charges, but he hasn't been convicted or acquitted yet since final court date hasn't been set yet.
My question is the following: we are supposed to travel abroad for 9 days vacation in four weeks. Will he have any issues on arrival back to US if he has pending DUI charge on his record?
