My question involves court procedures for the state of: Virginia
I'm suing someone for some money they owe me. I took them to court once, they failed to show up, and the case was awarded to me. Last month, I issued another court date, so the defendant can come forward with their bank information or where they work. Since I don't know either of them, what happens if they don't show up to tell them this information, so they can garnish their pay? A discovery was already filed.
