Both my ex and I entered into a verbal agreement in regards to not introducing children to new partner unless there was an engagement.
This agreement was entered into with witnesses, no monetary exchange, no documents were signed. One of parties has defaulted on the agreement within a month of the verbal agreement.
Does the verbal agreement still stand 19 months later?
Is there any grounds for lawsuit 19 months later against the other party, not at fault?
