Hi,
I am a volunteer for a non-for-profit organization run and founded by student volunteers. Their student volunteers are expected to devout 3hrs+ every day on demanding work. They however cover travel to work-related meetings and some conferences. However, as part of their punitive system they fine volunteers for errors or failing to submit certain work without notice. This punitive system is really interesting. Socially and morally, should organizations be doing this?
