Custody and Visitation Issues: Moving W/Children (In-Town) and Not Informing Spouse in Advance

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TX. I apologize in advance if this is drawn out. I'm filing for divorce w/out my spouse's knowledge & will NOT have her notified at this time [Spouse is not reasonable in any sense; conjuring up stories/lying & constantly threatening to call police, etc.]. Currently, my spouse, the children (2 under 9 years old) & I live in an apartment. I pay for everything, she doesn't work & has never paid any relative bills concerning this apt. The lease is breakable without penalty. I want to take my children w/out telling my spouse (@this time) & move all of our (children & mine) things from the apartment.

My question(s) is/are: (1) Can I file for Some Sort of Custody when I file for the divorce? (2) Since both of our names are on the lease, (WHEN) should I tell her that she needs to leave? a. If so, HOW and/or what may I say if I notify her? b. Or, am I obligated to notify her at all?
