My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Texas
I sold my vehicle in April of 2016 and the title still hasn't been transferred into the buyers name. I am now receiving bills from NTTA and also getting letters from collections.
My question is: Can I repossess the vehicle legally that was sold??
The title was signed and dated on date of purchase and they buyer has possession of the title.
I have also submitted the form a number of times showing proof that the vehicle was sold and have also contacted NTTA
