My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
I was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting even though I was with someone else who did shoplift it was not me however while in jail I did not see a probable-cause judge and two different people from the Harris County pretrial office were trying to get me released before I was even saw a judge, or assigned a bond.is this a civil rights violation?
