My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: CA
Hi I was involved in a car accident, I was driving past an intersection where you are able to make a left turn on green but you have to Yield to oncoming traffic. Well I was driving straight pass the intersection on my green light, and the other driver made a left turn even though he was supposed to yield. He smashed into the left side of me. I have an independent witness who is able to coraborate my story as she was right behind me. Since he was supposed to yield to oncoming traffic, and my light was green the fault is his. His car is totalled, the car I was driving is pretty badly damaged but not nearly as bad as his. Here is where it gets tricky, the car I was driving belongs to my grandmother. She has full coverage insurance, and I unfortunately do not have a valid license. It is pretty clearly his fault and he has insurance. Will his insurance cover the damages to my grandmother's car?
