My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
I was convicted of a misdemeanor statutory rape charge I was 19 she was 16, we were dating and we had sex twice. We broke up her parents were pissed and she told people at school and they told the teachers so I end up going to court not going to trial taking the plea offer. I have 3 years probation with 45 days of the adult offender work program. I do not have to register for 290 or sex offender registration. My questions are:
what happens after probation and the work program?
is this going to affect me with colleges and work?
I was planning on being a teacher is that not possible anymore?
can I get this erase or expunged?
who can see this charge and who can't?
