Presumption of Paternity: Legal vs Biological Paternity in Establishing Paying Child Support

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Louisiana

I recently heard from an ex girlfriend (last slept with august 2014) that I need to take a DNA test because the man everyone had assumed was the father took a paternity test (Dec 2016) which came back negative. She was in a long term relationship with this man, for 9 months of pregnancy and the 2 following years. He is on the birth certificate, signed at the hospital and financially supported them throughout the child's life. The child has his last name and is named after the grandfather in the family. My ex and the bf breakup, he takes a paternity test and now he is out of the picture and not helping with child care costs which used to be paid entirely by him. This has not been done through the courts..this is an at home test not mandated by anyone. Nothing has happened in any court yet

She is coming after me now claiming that she's going to take me to court if i don't start picking up the child care costs. Based on the quick rundown...is she right? will a court order a paternity test for me just because she says so? Or will they be more interested in the man who is on the birth certificate? I am calling a lawyer tomorrow, but this is so overwhelming to me I just couldn't wait for some kind of guidance. What is the timeline on these sorts of cases, if applicable? Thanks!
