My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: oregon. I'm just curious to ask but I was heading down to California for a week and I felt the car shake from the front everytime I applied the brakes. Thinking if it could be the calipers or pads or rotor. I figured best thing to do would be to stop by a les schwabb. I've done business with them before. So I gps a les schwabb to stop at in California. Waited two hours and told the men what I'm noticing while driving. After inspecting the car they told me that the car is fine and no problems. They noticed that one pad was worn more down then the other. So I asked if it could be a calliper. They said no and just for me to do my breaks in the next thousand miles? So I finished my trip through California and drove home through the pass i felt my breaks giving me he'll. Scariest thing to feel while going down mountains. So when I got home. I took my car to my dealership where I bought it and they said my rotors were obviously bad and that they can resurface them luckily. But they did not that me driving back home took alot of life out of them. Would it be possible in your opinion to take les schwabb to court? I mean if not I'll just except that. But just the fact of them not doing their job could of caused me to crash.
