Child Abuse: Legal Stranger Step-Parent Corporal Punishment

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: CA there's many allegations here Ben investigations law enforcement tells me that these stepfather or that they believe that there is substantial mental AB you suck a logical abuse brainwashing physical abuse and child endangerment however they are telling me my children are silent Witnesses for those of you that don't know in California children are not allowed to be questioned without a parent present that's it my question is simple is a step-parent a loud to discipline a child with Force spanking hitting slapping spraying a child with a water hose I'm told that step parents are considered legal strangers I've spoken to a couple attorneys 7 and total the story is a little different in different ways and what I'm looking for is I do not condone my children been whipped by anyone although I have done it there's a catch lastly I have told and so has the mother told the judge that The Stepfather is not to with the children yet he is still doing so he's even going as far as punching the children in the stomach until they have vomited left welts on the children according to the children any help would be greatly appreciated
