Witnessing Power of Attorney Signature

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: North Dakota

Does anyone have knowledge of North Dakota law whether you need both a notary public AND two witnesses or just either OR to witness the signature for general Durable Power of Attorney. I cannot find anything in the Century Code about it. But on ndcourts.gov website it has a downloadable POA form where it just requests a notary signature. Although at the bottom of the page there is a disclaimor that everything on the page is subject to error and use all info on page "as is". Looking at different websites that have downloadable POA forms some say you need both and some say it's either OR. I AM able to find the Health POA form in the century code and that DOES give the option of 2 witnesses OR notary. So I would assume the general POA would be the same. But I just can't find the general one in the century code. Is anyone familiar with ND law? Thank you.
