Hi guys, I'm excited for your services. I hope you can help.
What can i do, because this guy stands in his window literally all night some nights. He is a retired police officer,(at the age of 45 or so, weirdly)But still, that makes me scared to call
the police on an ex-cop, cause i worry they favor him and he will come up with some false story... A few weeks ago, My wife was sleeping downstairs with the baby and i was upstairs. with the the blinds open.. and like he does many other nights over the years, he turns his brights on. (He is halfway down the hill we both live on, I'm at the bottom, so anyone can see through the windows as they're driving down the hill.) Anyways, He turns his brights on, i see him in his car window and this time, I start staring right back at him for a [I]long time[I]
like, 25 minutes.
I was AMAZED that he was still staring, got sick of this, and honestly, a little intimidated at his "retired police" status. So i closed the blinds and lie down.30 minutes later, he's still staring, an hour later, still staring... then i just lost track. Since that night, it has gotten worse! he is much more blanant now that he sees me seeing him. Last night, Me and my son were checking out the window if the man was looking up , he was, we both saw him, downstairs we say him through the back door still staring intensely... i went out, on my back porch to get a quick video of this and saw him close up, staring without moving, and he knocks on his window when he sees me with the phone, bringing it up to focus... he remains... hours later, i just opened my door to go out again. and he was still staring, this time he POUNDS ON HIS WINDOW when i see his AND ANOTHER BALD MAN's heads shining while he held a big cam-corder. What should I do?? What Can i do? Is calling the cops on an ex-cop a good idea? Is it even illegal to stare out your own window? I'm worried He has listening-devices and stuff like that, as well. Answers or opinions please?ideas???
