My question involves juvenile law in the State of: New York
So of what I understand, they are within the age of consent but how would that work if the parents denied/ didn't know about me dating them? Would that be considered kidnapping? Also, even if the parents consent, what legal protections can I put in place to prevent a he said, she said senerio if the parents go back on their word?
