My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Pennsylvania
I just received a ticket for title 75 pa vehicle code 3327 (violation of the steer clear law) for which I am planning to plead not guilty. While trying to figure out the cost of this citation, I noticed that there was also a mention of losing my license for 90 days if I am found guilty. Does anyone have information about this type of violation and does it carry a mandatory 90-day license suspension?? Will I need a lawyer to represent me?
