Speeding Tickets: Officer Said Speed Limit is 50, Posted Speed Limit is 60

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida

Driving to work other morning, I get on the interstate, where I get on the interstate is a congested area, some construction going on. I notice an officer gets on the interstate as well further behind approximately 200 yards. After we go about 3/4 of a mile, officer pulls me over. He reports he paced me doing 65 in a 50. Where he pulled me over, there is sign about 1/4 mile back saying construction work ends. He tells me the speed limit is 50 mph. However, from where I get on the interstate at, to where he pulled me over, there is only one posted speed limit sign that reads 60 mph. He "cuts" me a break for doing 56 in 50 but labels it a construction zone even though we were well past the construction work end sign.

So short story- Officer says speed limit is 50, only posted speed limit sign from where we both got on the interstate until he pulled me over says 60 mph. I have taken video and pictures of the area in the question.

I should go to hearing right? If so, how should I go about requesting a copy of a certificate for his speedometer certification because he "paced" me?
