My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Alabama. Okay so from 2012 -2015 I was gainfully employed as a police officer. At the end of 2015 My husband baby momma decided to call dhr on me for whooping my stepson with a belt. The charge was Domestic Violence in the 3rd. We always have had problems with her trying to be evil and malicious mean while she sits back and smokes her meth. This was basically just a act of malicious intent due to jealousy and childish reasons. So anyways I hired a lawyer got the case dismissed. I'm about to be filing expungment. So my question is as soon as that goes through I want to get back to my passion as soon as possible. What are the chances of APOST not accepting my application this go around? This is my passion and I've been driving myself crazy wondering if I still have a chance to pursue my dreams. Any answers would be of great help! Thanks!
