Man listed on birth certificate was proven by DNA testing that he isn't the biological father . Man has never had a relationship with the child . Biological father was established by DNA testing . Biological father has relationship with child . Child is now 16 years old and is being affected emotionally by wrong man listed on birth certificate . Is it possible to remove the mans name that's listed on the Birth certificate .
