I have read that when I get awarded my SSDI that even though I owe back pay child support, I will get a percentage of the back pay. Can anyone tell me what that percentage is? I also read that a percentage of my SSDI check will be garnished till all my arrears is paid. Does anyone know what the percentage that is taken out?
