My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California
It's a long story...I have joint 50/50 custody of my 15 year old daughter and it is legally my time with her. She's been in trouble with me at home because of all sorts of issues and now she's saying she doesn't want to be with me and wants to stay with dad, because I've taken down her door to her room and I'm not allowing her to have friends over. Dad is saying she doesn't need to go with me if she doesn't want to. And has continued to not discipline her when she's there. Dad and I recently agreed to have her switch schools that is closer to dad's because it's gotten way out of hand with her.
But legally she has to come with me right?
