My car was towed about 3 weeks ago. The cat hadn't been registered BC I was wrongfully arrested by the police. Note when I try to get my car they tell Mr it isn't registered so I can't remove it and the temporary plates expired. However the title to the car was in my safety deposit box which the cops emptied as all so they are in possession of all my identifying documents so I can't get it registered. Say this point I'm over the car but the thing is that it contains all my clothes since I was moving that day. How can I get them back. Or register the car.
