Applying for Unemployment: California UI Vq Trailing Spouse

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CA

I have a very confusing situation (to me) so thank you ahead of time.

I am pregnant and plan on beginning SDI on March 21st at 36 weeks pregnant. After that, I could potentially take 6 weeks of PFL. If I return to work after SDI it will be on May 23 and if I return after PFL it will be on July 4th. Problem is, while all of this is going on, my husband is getting out of the military. His last day of active duty is May 31st and we will be relocating, possibly out of state, shortly after that. Another thing is, he doesn't know where he will be working yet, or where we will be living. We should find out by the end of March right around the time I will be going on SDI. I originally just wanted to give my two week notice and quit my job on March 21st, but now I'm not so sure. What should I do?

If I quit my job on March 21st am I still even eligible for SDI and PFL? And since I would be receiving benefits from those two programs will it add to the "good cause" of quitting to follow my spouse to his new job, even though I quit in March, received other benefits, and then we move sometime in June? Should I return to work after my SDI is up, so long as we're still in CA, and THEN quit so that my actual quitting lines up exactly with our move? Should I maintain my job, take both SDI and PFL and quit my job while on PFL if it lines up with the move?

What would you do?! I want to do this the right/legal way without keeping my employer hanging on, but I also want to qualify for the benefits I'm entitled to. Help! Thank you :)
