My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Tennessee
I have contacted Charter communications several times in the past about getting service to my house and either refused or quoted a price of $8000.00 to bring service here and it took a complaint to the FCC to get that the problem is that my neighbors have Charter and they are 400 feet down the road from us. Us and 7 other households were left out when Charter put in cable in our area, they also have exclusive rights in this area. Is there a way to sue or force Charter to bring cable up our street or give up their exclusive rights because they refuse to service all of the customers in the area. We feel it wasn't our fault that they didn't install the proper equipment when they came through and why we should pay when nobody else has when coming through our area
