I was arrested for a DUI#2 in February 2016. Pled guilty on Jun 23, 2016. According to the secretary of state my license is valid and has never been suspended. I looked up my court report online where I noticed it said, Sworn Report returned filled out incorrectly. Is this why my license is still valid? I'm not sure what I should do or who to talk to. Will this affect the time my license is suspended?
