My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Minnesota. My daughter was involved in an accident where the other driver ran a red light and plowed into her. She called her insurance company who told her that her policy was inactive. They never notified her that a payment didn't go through. Other driver admitted fault, no injuries to either party but now my daughter has no vehicle. Will she be at fault now and the other insurance company will not pay?? I'm worried for her. What should our next step be. We aren't doing, we just want the car replaced or fixed.
