Confused by 3 different answers from 3 CA DMV calls ... Parent's 2000 Buick in my Ohio driveway for 8 yrs. Possess a duplicate CA title sent to Mother/owner at my Ohio P.O. Box in 2009. She never returned to sign it over to me ... (Low value due to repair needs that equal value) ... Have 3 sisters/beneficiaries of Trust and Will (one is Trustee, and is named to be Executrix when she files Probate) (Vehicle NOT titled to Trust) How can I aquire a California title (then an Ohio title) without probate? Please and Thank you!
