My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Ohio
I filed a civil protection order against my spouse. I went to an attorney afterward to have it modified. I thought he would act as our mediator when I did this but he informed me that he only represents me. I need to know what is going to happen to my spouse at the hearing. I do not want to press DV charges against him I wanted to make sure he would attend counseling sessions for substance abuse which makes him very aggressive. Someone please help me? This whole thing is out of control and I don't know what to do!!!
