Speeding Tickets: Does California Give Points for Out-of-State Speeding Tickets

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: OH

I am a CA resident and received a speeding ticket in US-33 doing 82MPH at 70MPH zone.

On the ticket, the race is stated as OPI, I am not OPI, can the ticket be dismissed for having wrong race? Also I was driving Chevy Cruze. The ticket states model "4 door". I guess that's what you get from a female officer, lol. They don't know specifics of the car model even though I parked in front of her and she could read the model name off the car.

I read the ticket and it doesn't mention I could do trial by written declaration. Is it possible in OH?

I am not going to OH to fight the case since the ticket is $143, the plane ticket alone is $800 minimum round trip. If I pay the ticket, would I get points? If I will not get points or record since I am a CA resident, then do I need to bother with the traffic school?

Anyway I could get out of paying this ticket? I told the officer people in CA drive 80mph without problems. People in OH or outside CA drive at lower speed.

Sincerely,
