My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: West Virginia
My Lender is one of the WORST lenders you could ever ask for at a APY of 24.95% and I gave $500.00 down on the car and my trade in and a very high payment, lost my job, became dislocated, they started harassing me over the phone day and night, I met with an attorney and he sent them a threatening letter of suit of action against my lender and stated any and all accounts pertaining to this account he was dealing with, and here it is almost a 8 months of not making a car payment and I havent heard a thing, no letters, no right to cure, no threat to repo, no bill, no call, no bill collectors, I am wondering what the future holds for me and this car? I wonder about it frequently it does come to my mind, I am not doing well financially, and health wise, I want to try to make good on the payments but I think I done burned my bridge with my creditor, so many things can someone shed some light on what may to come in the future?
