Roommates: Roommate Abandoning Property

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Kentucky

So, this is kind of a long story but i really need help.

So at the end of May, I let a friend move in with me. Not on the lease or anything. She was her until August. She never once paid rent or anything on bills. I gave her two months to find a job and give me her portion or i told her she had to move out at the beginning of August. She agreed and stated she would find one. So August came and she didn't have one, so i asked her to move out by 2 on Monday August 10th i believe. The only way i had and have of contacting her was facebook. She agreed and said okay. Monday came and she left that morning and has not been back since. She has a key, and would not give that up either. All of her belongings are here, a bed, clothes, tv, etc. I have sent her message after message. Got a hold of her on September 7th and she said she would be here that Wednesday or Thursday to get it and never showed. now I cannot get a hold of her. I have someone else lined up to move in and I have nothing I can do with her things?

What can I do legally and not get in trouble?

Thanks.
