Retailers: Money Back for a Credit Never Used

I recently made rash decision at a bridal salon store and placed a deposit down on a dress I thought I liked. A few hours later, after I cried my heart out and realized it was not the dress I wanted for my big day. I contacted a store rep. I told the rep about how unhappy I was with my decision and I'd really like my money back since i didn't use their services or take away from their business by actually confirming a dress choice.
She stated there was no way since what I signed stated no refunds. She allowed me to then use the funds as credit at the store, but I know I will not be using their services ever.
With the wedding fast approaching, I could really use those funds.
I need that money back. What are my options and how can I go about getting it back?
