My question involves child support in the State of: california.
I have a couple questions and I feel kind of stupid asking them but was once told their is no such thing as a stupid question so here it goes.
I've asked for advise and help before and everyone who has responded I really appreciate it.
Any who, I have an understanding that when the other party is illegal their isn't much that child support can do is that correct?? I know where he works I have his personal number as well and he owes approx 11000 in back support. I have been told by numerous people that nothing can be done. I don't just want the money I would love for him to be in there life but it's impossible. I've been doing Great w my own income a little tight but I do live reasonably. Would like to know if I can do anything or do I just let it go and have them do nothing because I am a little afraid that he decides to start threatening once again.
