Civil Rights Issues: Donated Bibles Not Being Permitted to Leave Hilton Proprty

My question involves civil rights in the State of: CALIFORNIA

RE: Shocking Bible Policy of Hilton Chain

Dear all,
My name is Charles Speagle and I am a Disabled American Veteran from a line-of-duty accident while serving the US Army in Germany. On 21, September while at a Polygraph Conference at the Embassy Suits in La Joya, California, something changed my view of how some Americans may think.
I primarily live with my Colombian wife and child (four years of age) in a very dangerous place, Medellin, Colombia. My wife is a 19 year veteran of the Colombian National Police and is still serving. I primarily practice my profession in Polygraph and my daughter is going to a Private Catholic School while learning English and Latin, among other subjects.
We took a family vacation, the only one we have ever had and visted the United States to show my wife and child where we will be retiring and to accomplish some Continuing Education Hours in our profession. While staying at the Embassy Suits, in La Joya, California we all had a wonderful time, as this caliber of Hotel is not available to us on our budget. However, on 21 of September and checking-out of room 1106, I asked the front desk if we could keep the “gifted” Bible by the Gideon Organization. We were stunned that they said “No”. They stated they had no replacements and it is Hilton Policy to maintain a Bible in every room at all times.
My wife and I were completely shocked and asked to see the manager. After waiting for an hour, the manager never showed up. After, I called the Hilton chain and Customer Service and spoke with a representative. She stated she is unaware of the Hilton’s Policy on that issue.
At the time of our stay, there was a large group of Muslim students staying at the hotel for greater than six weeks. Do you think they would have denied me the Coran?

Thank you for hearing my voice and my concerns about our country can be read into this message!
