My question involves a child support case from the State of: Virginia to Florida. Virginia attempted to transfer to Florida several times, and eventually canceled the child support order and filed with the courts, noting that they were unsuccessful transferring. Florida claims that they transferred it down. How can Florida have jurisdiction if Virginia says that they closed it without transferring it?
