There is a mile long drive I live on and at the end is my property, but there are 3 other properties, that use an easment. On this drive. Since it’s a dirt road, it must be upkept and I’m the only one who does. Can I charge the other owners for the upkeep?
Earlier today one of the property owners on the easment. Their children tore up the part of the easment they use. Can I charge for that?
