Premises Liability: Injury from Artwork Falling Off of the Wall Onto a Patron

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Tennessee.

I was drinking my Monday morning coffee when a large Starbucks photo, glass, metal frame, came crashing down on me. My left shoulder took most of the fall. It is bruised and swollen. I went to the hospital yesterday and was referred to an ortho specialist.
