My question involves real estate located in the State of: Maryland
My property includes a deeded perpetual easement for 2 parking spaces in a nearby lot. The new owner of the lot is saying I can no longer park there since the lot is not zoned primarily for parking, even though it has been used that way since 1978. My Title Insurance Policy does not cover this. I would like to know my legal rights.
