Undisclosed Easement

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Pennsylvania
I was scheduled to close on the sale of my home today. It was discovered two days prior by the buyer's bank that there is an easement on my property. This easement is not on my deed when I refinanced, nor the original purchase of my property. I purchased the property from my father in law, who also was not aware of an easement. The easement from 1950, states that a neighboring skeet club has the right to shoot on, through or over and also park on my property for overflow events. The skeet club is not adjacent to my property and no part of our properties touch. It's actually two parcels away down the road. My parcel was once part of a large farm that included my current neighbors parcels as well. This is holding up the sale of my home and I don't know what my legal rights are. I don't have an owners title policy, but I still feel like there's a legal obligation on the part of my title company. I'm not convinced that this easement even applies to my property. I can't understand how it wouldn't have been discovered over three different purchases. Looking for an advice. Thank you.
