My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Minnesota. My daughter did a dumb thing and signed the back of the title for a car her boyfriend purchased! The title was never transferred however! The car was towed from his apartment building parking lot and the title was in the car! Now the towing company is coming after my daughter for $2000 of storage and towing fees! This is not her car, never was and I don't know how to take care of this! The title was never transferred so can they legally come after her??? Need advice
