Hello all, so I have a quick question. I live in an apartment complex, a while back (over a month ago) I got a notice from a tow company that they were going to tow my car because it had a flat tire and that I had 48 hours. Well I put air back in the tire and it was good again. The tow company has since been around the property towing and tagging other vehicles.
One morning I realize my vehicle had been towed the previous night, I call to find out why and they say it had a flat tire. My question is: can they tow the vehicle without leaving a notice in this situation? The last time I had a flat tire I fixed it and I am pretty sure it has to be even a different tire, are they not required to leave a separate notice or does the first notice act as a blanket notice advising of a tow if at any time in the future the vehicle has a flat tire?
