My question involves business law in the state of: does a non profit corporation on Indiana have to notify the public of a bylaw change vote? Do the new bylaw changes to be voted on have to be made public before the vote? The non profit I belong to is having a vote this next Monday to change its bylaws & they have not made the bylaw changes public. They r available for members who have registered to have online access to see them but have not made them public. Thank you
