My question involves personal property located in the State of: New Jersey .
My situation is my boyfriend at the time threw out all my personal belongings infront of someone's house thinking I was there which I wasn't and he had no confirmation of that . My clothes were thrown out where the garbage pick up is intentionally and with mal intent and as a result hthe garbage truck took all my things. What can I do to be compensated for my belongings it was alot of things he threw out clothing a pair of
Coach sneakers , a carry on bag that contained important documents and clothing , and a duffle bag with other things as well. It was horrible what was done to me and I wanna see what I can do to be compensated for my losses.
