Help

I have my provisional license and on 1/02/17 i got into a car accident and i was at fault. I also had two freinds under the age of 20 in the vehicle with me. So i got a citation for that and have to go to court. I got a notice in the mail that they are changing my citation from a 12814.6 (b) (1) to a 12814.6 (b) (1) (b) it says that this is failure to follow provisional liscence rules. Since i am a provisional driver what will happen to me will i get my liscence suspended or taken away or nothing at all? On this site people have said the citation would not count as a point against my liscence so would the at fault accident just be my 1 point for the 12 months or will i get a suspension? Thanks
