I was In a bad spot a couple years ago and let my daughter live with my mom until I got back on my feet. Which was about 5-6 months. When I went to get her my mother refused and said she now Had guardianship. I found out that I can petition to terminate guardianship and get her back. I have looked everywhere for a form or template and cannot find one for my state. How can I draft a petition on my own? What does it need to look like and sat, etc.
