My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Colorado
My son is active duty military and a lawyer appeared at his DMV hearing. His license was revoked for a first time offense DUI at his DMV hearing. His alcohol level was .09. His court case was deferred and reduced to a DWAI. However, the DMV in Colorado is a whole different monster. Herein lies the problem. He is awaiting his MOS school which is Motor-T in Missouri which requires a driver's license of course. It is my understanding that a hardship license can only be issued in Missouri if the license was revoked in Missouri. What are his options to be reinstated since he doesn't own a vehicle to put an interlock device in?
