What course of action, if any, can be taken if an employee who has been in a salaried position for several years, has been demoted to hourly and is now receiving write ups for job performance? The job responsibilities and duties have not changed, there is simply considerably less time to get things done. The only thing that has changed is a greater expectation of sales to maintain close to the same pay as before when salaried.
